This fee summary is intended as a guide to our prices – charges and fees are subject to individual negotiation depending on your property and the circumstances – we are always happy to discuss fees with you.

Our fees for each service:

Managed

Subject to a maximum fee of 12% + VAT A first time set up fee of £175.00 (£210.00 incl. VAT) is required If you would like to re-let your property through us, a set-up fee of £125.00 (£150.00 incl. VAT) is required

Let Only

Subject to a maximum fee of one month’s rent + VAT
